Matt has made a tremendous difference in my physical and mental well being. I first started working out with him twice a week. It wasn't long before I decided that three times a week would be even better and I was right!. Since working with Matt my rotator cuff problems are a thing of the past and my strength and balance are improved. Matt carefully watches to be sure I am performing all exercises correctly and changes routines so I am challenged mentally and physically. All this is done with humor but a no nonsense attitude. Training with Matt is the best decision for my physical heath I have ever made.
