I've been training with Matt Brown at Sweat for several years. He builds cardio, weight training, and core work into each session for a very customized workout that targets the whole body. He is very knowledgeable of how the physical, mental and nutritional components all work together to achieve goals. At 45, I've never been in better shape. Sweat may appear to be a small gym but the results are huge!
