I first came to Sweat about two and a half years ago to try the first boxing class I had ever taken. I was looking for a way to "spice" up my boring workout regime, and get ready for my first calendar shoot. Almost instantly, I noticed changes in my body, including a decrease in body fat which is exactly what I wanted. Every class I try here continues to be the best workout I've ever had. Matt and his team of trainers are amazing, and I am yet to find a workout that I enjoy more.
