I have been training with Matt for almost a year now, and as my second Personal Training experience (the first only lasted a few weeks), I was extremely impressed and highly motivated to continue. I've had set-backs due to back problems, but Matt is aware and carefully chooses the correct training options for me to help avoid further problems. He will personalize the training to your specific level which is the best way to avoid injuries while still benefiting from your work-out, and I highly recommend him as a trainer and teacher.
