Real Boxing...and Cardio
I've attended boxing classes at Sweat for close to seven years and have yet to find any other cardio class that pushes my level of physical endurance while focusing on real technical skills. It truly is a full body workout while learning real boxing from trainers that have actually fought in real matches. No two classes are instructed with the same routine, keeping it challenging and fresh every time I show up. I not only lost 30 pounds by going to Sweat, I’ve kept it off!
